It’s the experience that counts.

Our trainers are lawyers with widespread practical and strategic experience who regularly appear in court and who advise businesses on various areas of the law: property, company, commercial, construction, contract, criminal, competition, employment, human resource, intellectual property, and many others.

They are also consulted by public and regulatory bodies for legal assistance including negotiating, structuring and manage large corporate deals.

With their combined experience, they are well-informed with current trends including the changing needs of organisations and businesses.

Law – there’s no escaping it.

Law governs every aspect of any organisation. Each year, thousands of business deals are facilitated by legal experts using the law. On the other hand, thousands of cases end up in court, most of them unnecessary.

We aim to arm organisations with the right knowledge, tools and strategies to better negotiate, structure and manage deals that maximizes commercial benefits while at the same time, avoid potential pitfalls which may lead to expensive and unnecessary litigation.

Organisations can then channel their time, money and resources to where it matters – expanding their businesses while protecting their assets.
